Public Sector Building Cleaning

We work with Councils to carry out the cleaning of pavements and other public spaces. They usually come to us for specialist services such as removing chewing gum and graffiti, high level cleaning or deep cleaning and sanitizing of specific areas. Our state of the art equipment makes it easy for us to deliver on their needs.

Our Approach

Our Process

Often a Council has a team of in-house cleaners to carry out day to day cleaning however they do not always have the specialist equipment or qualifications required to carry out certain specialist projects - that is where we can help.

When working  in public spaces we take great care to cause minimum inconvenience to passers by. Our flexible working times mean we can carry out work out of hours - very early in the morning or at night - to help minimise disruption.

Our Process
Special Requirements

Special Requirements

Our operators are fully qualified in high level access, plus we have all aspects of health and safety fully covered. Our specialist equipment also allows us to undertake some of the more awkward cleaning tasks, such as removing chewing gum and graffiti. Steam cleaning removes chewing gum up to five times faster than other standard methods - that is 1800 pieces per hour! We also have a proven track record for our fast and efficient removal of unwanted graffiti
