Where Is Guttering Used
A gutter system is designed to move water down from the roof and away from the building. A blocked gutter cannot do this so the water simply finds the path of least resistance, which usually means working its way into the walls and ceilings or overflowing, pooling and sinking into the foundations.
The built up debris in the gutter also absorbs the rain water and the extra weight can cause the holding brackets to snap and the structure to collapse.
