Health and Safety
OneFifty is fully committed to operating safely and we take our health & safety obligations very seriously. The cornerstone of this is to ensure that our employees are well trained and hold relevant qualifications.
IPAF, CSCS, PASMA AND IRATA
Our employees are IPAF qualified and experienced in working at height on a range of equipment, from small booms to 43m spiders, as well as operating our own 25m truck-mounted cherry picker (relevant IPAF licences we hold are 1a, 3a, 3b). And we always have a rescue plan in case we need to undertake rescue.
Our staff also hold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards relevant for when we work on building sites as well as PASMA qualifications for when we use small scaffolding towers.
Our abseiling work is always planned and supervised by someone holding an IRATA Level 3 qualification.
PROTECTING THE PUBLIC AND OUR STAFF
It is also essential that we operate safely around the public. We use a portable barrier system that enables us to professionally cordon off areas keeping both our operatives and the public safe.
When using chemicals we ensure that our staff are wearing appropriate PPE such as goggles, respirators and protective clothing.
PROPERLY INSURED FOR PEACE OF MIND
Finally, we are correctly insured for the work we carry out, providing additional peace of mind for our clients.
