About graffiti assist
Some buildings are particularly prone to frequent, repeat graffiti attacks which is both annoying and costly for the owner or manager responsible for maintaining the building. Our new graffiti management service, Graffiti Assist, helps address this problem - keeping the building’s exterior graffiti-free while reducing cleaning costs.
Step 1
We inspect the building to assess requirements such as location and the frequency and severity of attacks, to estimate a monthly fee.
Step 2
We thoroughly clean the area and apply a protective coating to make it easy to keep the surface clean.
Step 3
You can benefit from reduced call-out fees, regular building checks and free emergency call-outs subject to the level of support you choose.
Paying monthly helps spread your costs and avoid unplanned call-out fees. Because the work is planned in we can schedule and allocate resources well in advance, allowing us to reduce our fees.
