OUR EXPERtISE IN Specialist Access

When it comes to reaching high-level, awkward-to-get-to exterior surfaces our experienced team will find a way to get the job done without compromising the quality of the clean.

We have a reputation for solving difficult access problems and safely completing even the most challenging of exterior cleaning projects

Types of access

Our operators are experienced in high-access cleaning work and are fully IPAF trained providing complete peace of mind.

spiders

It is not just height that requires specialist access, sometimes its a case of restricted space to set up the equipment that we need to use. A compact spider crane fits neatly into even the narrowest alley way and can even be used indoors.

mewps

We use a variety of different mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPS) to access high-level cleaning projects, including
cherry pickers, scissor lifts and articulated boom lifts.

truck mounted

We use truck mounted cherry pickers to allow us to access very tall buildings, especially where considerable outreach is required to access the exterior surface that requires cleaning.

Platform access

In some cases, the only way to reach really difficult-to-access places is to use a suspended access cradle - a safe and versatile solution.

Rope Access

For some projects rope access is the best, most cost-efficient way to reach high-access areas. We use IRATA-trained operators and have full insurance, removing risk from your business.

scaffolding

In some cases we use a Mobile Access Tower  for high level cleaning projects. We always try find an alternative to fixed scaffolding as it is the most costly way of gaining high level access.
