Car Park Cleaning

How your premises look on the outside suggests what might be expected on the inside. So if making a good first impression is important for your business, it is important to keep the external areas of your building looking their best - including the car park. Concrete, block paving, asphalt, whatever it is made of we will be able to clean your car park and achieve the best possible outcome.

Our Approach

Our Process

Our unique, pressurised hot water cleaning system combines steam and heat, at variable pressure, to deliver unbeatable cleaning power without stressing the building substrate or surface.

We will discuss your requirements in full and assess the project either by visiting the premises or reviewing any available images.

Understanding what you are looking to achieve as well as your planned budgets, allows us to recommend the most appropriate and cost efficient approach and achieve the best possible outcome.

Our Process
Special Requirements

Special Requirements

Oil stains can be a challenge in car parking areas. We use a specially prepared poultice to remove these, which works by pulling the oil or grease out of the substrate like super-absorbent blotting paper.

Our unique equipment is ideal for cleaning all car park surfaces. If standard power is not achieving the desired outcome, it can be ramped-up so that it can literally remove road markings in one swipe - useful for cleaning off old parking bay markings!

Cleaning can be scheduled at a time to suit you. Our vehicle-mounted cleaning system is fully self-contained and does not require access to mains electricity or water, so out-of-hours cleaning is no problem. We can turn up, complete our cleaning and be gone long before your staff or customers start arriving in the morning.
