Special Requirements

When cleaning the exterior of a residential building it is important to cause minimum inconvenience to residents and passers-by.

We can schedule this type of work to take place out of hours or at a time to suit your requirements. Our vehicle-mounted cleaning system is fully self-contained so we don't require access to mains electricity or water.

Health and safety is a key consideration and we are always careful to follow best practice and take the necessary measures to minimise risk. We can also inform the building's occupants of when we will be working to help manage expectations.

St George's Heights is a modern apartment block located in Redfield, in South Bristol. The building façade is made up of four different substrates; wooden cladding, brick work, cement and K Rend render. Each of these surfaces requires a slightly different method of cleaning which was no problem for our cleaning system.
