When it comes to operational planning Aimee has all the skills it takes to ensure the smooth operation of the projects OneFifty undertakes. As a serving Army Reserve Officer, she brings her military planning experience to our projects, which often present logistical challenges. Our teams work nights and weekends, frequently to exacting schedules, which requires careful planning and people management. From initial booking through to implementation and follow up, Aimee oversees everything, making sure the appropriate staff and equipment are all in the right place at the right time. She also arranges regular training to ensure that competencies are maintained in line with H&S guidelines.
