Spruced up facade on parade
Parade Court – a residential block of flats in Bristol – hadn’t been cleaned for 13 years, enduring over a decade of city pollution, grime and organic growth. We were called to this mid-rise building to restore the white render, red brickwork and light stonework including lintels to their original state.
The know-how
With our knowledge of various surfaces and the contaminants that make them dirty, we used a biocide to tackle organic materials and steam cleaning to minimise the risk of damage to the different substrates to achieve an outstanding clean that left the building spotless.
In terms of access, we used cherry pickers to reach high levels, working around parked vehicles and residents with the greatest attention to health, safety and convenience.
