Grosvenor Court

We were requested by BNS Property Management to clean the front walls and pathways of Grosvenor Court, Bristol.

We were selected to undertake the works because of our steamPLUS system and the cleaning ability it provides. Our steamPLUS system made light work of the black lichen, algae and moss that had covered the bath stone on the front walls.

The fact that there was no water source on site did not stop us completing the works. As we are fully authorised water standpipe users, we were able to locate and set up our own water supply. Alongside this, our vehicle mounted equipment didn’t require any access to electricity. This meant we could complete the works with the minimum of disruption.
